Studying law at London University, LL.M. of Law Institute of China Academy of Social Sciences, LL.B. of China Agriculture University; specializing in securities，international banking & financing, project financing, foreign direct investments and M&A. Ms. Yang was directly involved in advising about 10 international syndicated loans and more than 30 securities and international financing projects in various industries like real estate, energy, hi-tech., manufacturing and public works etc, and 12 transnational M&A projects and FDI. She participated and was responsible for the project of stock transfer of Topfond Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd to Sumitomo Corporation, and contributed to the successful closing of this project. Ms. Yang also advised enforcement of international arbitral awards in China. Ms. Yang was involved in editing a Legal Dictionary and Economic Law and published several legal articles.
Ms. Yang speaks English and Mandarin.
