Ms. Yanhui WU received her LL.M. at Chinese University of Political Science and Law. Ms. WU specializes in Foreign Direct Investment, Merger & Acquisition, Restructurings, International Trade and Intellectual Property. Ms. WU has been involved in several M&A deals, such as the acquisition of shares of one domestic enterprise by an American company, the project of investing one domestic high technology enterprise by a foreign private equity, the back-door listing, and also contributed in purchasing large extraction equipment by a Canadian gold mine company and several FDI projects, she advised one large real estate enterprise on their litigation before Hong Kong high court and advised on labor arbitration etc. Ms. Wu has published several articles on law topics in law journals.
