Dr. Rongguo HU is the Executive Director at Shenzhen Branch. SJD at Wuhan University Law School (1998), received his LL.M. at New York University. Dr. Hu specializes in WTO Law, Company Law, FDI, International Trade, International Banking Law, M&A, litigation and arbitration. Dr. Hu has been the chief lawyer of Dapeng Securities Co.,Ltd. He has worked for Linyi & Tidor, Partners in the U.S. He has experiences with Company Laws, Finance and Real Estate Laws of New York. Dr. Hu is experienced and has been the advisor on many projects.

He provided legal services for a number of foreign companies and foreign invested companies. He also advised many domesticated companies on their RTOs in the US market. He has served as legal counsel for Poly Culture on its acquisition of Peking Huayi and for Jiuzhou Audio & Video on its reorganization with foreign investor, as special legal counsel for the Chinese Organizing Committee of AFC Asian Cup 2004 and for the reform of the Chinese Premier League of the Chinese football association in 2004. He was invited to be a speaker in Chinese Merchant International Fair 2005, Vancouver, Canada.”
