Mr. Jian CAO received his LL.B. in Suzhou University PRC, LL.M. at Renmin University of China and also at St. Mary’s University of America. Mr. CAO was admited to the bar in New York in 2004. Mr. Cao specializes in Foreign Direct Investment, Merger & Acquisition, Coopertaions, Securities and Litigations. He provided legal services for a number of foreign companies and foreign invested companies. He also advised many domesticated companies on their RTOs in the US market. He has served as legal counsel for Poly Culture on its acquisition of Peking Huayi and for Jiuzhou Audio & Video on its reorganization with foreign investor, as special legal counsel for the Chinese Organizing Committee of AFC Asian Cup 2004 and for the reform of the Chinese Premier League of the Chinese football association in 2004. He was invited to be a speaker in Chinese Merchant International Fair 2005, Vancouver, Canada. |
