Ms. Li ZHANG is one of the partners and works at the Beijing Office. She received her LL.M.at Renmin University of China, LL.B. at Shandong University. She is specializing in IPO, M&A, assets reorganization and other legal business affairs. Ms. ZHANG advised for a number of listed companies on M&A and assets reorganization, including Guizhou Shenqi Group purchasing Shanghai Wingsung Data Technology Co., Ltd (600613), Shandong Commerce Group purchasing Bohai Group (600858), China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co. Ltd purchasing Littleduck (000951), share-merger reforming, cleaning the major shareholder’s debt, tender offer(on the proceess) for Qingdao Aucma Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., assets reorganization and purchasing in mainland China for IRASIA (2379.HK), Hisense purchasing Kelon (000921), share-merger reforming and directional issue of additional shares project (on the process) for Kelon. She provided legal services for PE, going public in Chinese and overseas markets. She also provided legal services for Qingdao Hisense Electronic Industry Holdings Co., Ltd, Qingdao Doublestar Co., Ltd., Qingdao Haiwang Paper Property Share Co., Ltd., etc on establishment and reorganization, a food company in Qingdao on its shares reconstructing with Danisco Co. and Martin Currie, a sealing industrial company in Shandong on share acquisition with Japanese shareholders.
