Dr. Zhengfu ZHU received his SJD at Wuhan University Law School (1997), studied at Harvard Law School as visiting scholar (1999), specializes in Real Estate Law, Contract Law, Corporate issues, Intellectual Property, M&A, Company Restructure, International Arbitration and Litigation. Dr. Zhu is one of the most influential real estate lawyers in China, with more than 13 years of experience, he has advised more than 120 real estate companies on their projects, restructurings and M&A.
Dr. ZHU is a member of CPPCC, the vice Chairman of Guangdong Lawyers Association, the executive commissary of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce. Dr. ZHU is also a professor of Wuhan University, director of China International Private Law Association, executive director of Harvard Law School Association of China, and an arbitrator of China International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
